Orlando Wedding Photos | Cypress Grove Estate House Wedding

One of the most amazing parts of being a fine art wedding photographer is getting to work on fabulous styled shoots around the country, with so many talented vendors. Recently, I had the pleasure of working on the styled shoot “In the Garden”, as part of the Bel Amour workshop in Orlando, FL on this Cypress Grove Estate House Wedding. This particular shoot was so beautiful and refreshing, and getting the opportunity to travel down to Florida and work with new vendors and a gorgeous venue was such a blessing. I am overjoyed with the results of all of our hard work, and I can’t wait to share them all with you.

Our session took place at the Cypress Grove Estate House, located in Orlando, FL. This venue was absolutely perfect for our styled shoot, and is definitely a stunning option for anyone looking for a reception hall in the Central Florida area. From the classic white architecture, to the soft, lush greenery, you can’t go wrong with this timeless setting. For this particular event, our garden theme blended in just perfectly to the Estate House, and it’s safe to say that the end results were nothing short of jaw dropping.

Our beautiful bride and groom certainly made heads turn in their respective ensembles. The bride’s dress, which is from Anthropolgie’s BHLDN wedding collection, was the perfect blend of timeless, elegant, and romantic. The sheer lace detailing on the shoulders and neckline were created in such a delicate and sophisticated way, and created interest by remaining sheer under the design. The sweetheart bodice and looser, flowing skirt was a great balance, and definitely made our bride look like the garden princess she is. Her shoes, courtesy of Bella Belle, complemented the dress perfectly, and certainly could stand on their own with the dainty, lace accents. Complete with antique earrings and a simple hairpiece, this bride was a true vision of grace and beauty. Not to mention, our charming groom was nothing short of handsome in his ASOS suit. The soft grey tux, complemented with light tan buttons, made for a sweet contrast against our bride.

Of course, no garden themed wedding is complete without the perfect flowers. Our florist, Garden Gate Florals, created the most beautiful floral arrangements for this session, and it’s safe to say that these arrangements definitely set the tone for our day. With a color palette of soft pinks and whites, these delicate accents and centerpieces helped to create such a calming and peaceful atmosphere, and made for a great complement against the lush, green backdrops of the estate landscape. The Schwinn bike also was such a sweet addition, and helped to establish the innocent and light aesthetic of the day.

One of the most beautiful details of this styled shoot was our table settings. Our dishes, which were provided by Dishie Rentals, were the perfect balance of antique and delicate, and they even matched our floral arrangements perfectly. The gold accents were a stunning detail on the table, and really stood out against the light pink place mat runners, provided by Silk and Willow. And of course, what’s a reception without delicious cake to go along with it? Our gorgeous cake, created by Merci Bakery, was the perfect complement on the table. With a tranquil, light blue form, gold accents, and almost too good to eat edible flowers, this cake was a true show stopper.

Last but not least, there is something so intimate and sweet about handwritten vows and invitations, especially when done in such stunning calligraphy as these. Sara Ingram created some beautiful invitations, in calm navy and whites that definitely set the tone for the day. Wedding Story Writers really exceeded our expectations with the stunning vow books. Having those handwritten vows are so special and really tell a story. I personally love seeing handwritten vows because they are a literal keepsake that your clients can keep from their wedding and remind them of the promises they made to each other.

As you can see, this session really combined the efforts of some of the most talented vendors in the country to create a really outstanding styled shoot at this Cypress Grove Estate House Wedding. Working with such talented artists of the industry is so eye opening and inspiring, and it’s incredible to see what collaboration between great minds can do.
