$1,000 Planning & Booking Fee + 10% management fee
Our company works with the following pricing structure, already widely used in the event and travel industry:
A planning fee of USD $1,000 (in most cases) + a 10% management fee of the total trip price.
Larger groups and longer, more elaborate trips may incur higher fees. Our $1,000 planning in booking fee is due before any itineraries are planned
Please note that as licensed travel agents we are able to get net rates at ultra luxury properties, saving our clients thousands.
