By signing up and participating in any of our Workshops, you agree to undertake certain risks. At signing up, you release our liability and assume all risks by you and your heirs, administrator, executor, successors, and assigns for all family members.
By accepting our terms and conditions of service, you agree that you are mindful that travel, wherever you might go, and in whatever way, implies some intrinsic risk of injury, sickness, loss, death, or destruction to personal possessions, which acts of nature, carelessness or behavior of others may cause.
In view of, and as part of the tuition for your engagement in a photography tour, program, workshop, excursion, expedition, other venture, or any program that Vitor Lindo Photo and Video, LLC, or their assigns, conducts, you willingly release Vitor Lindo Photo and Video, LLC, their assigns, employees, associates, independent contractors or anybody affiliated thereof, from any liabilities, damages, costs, trauma or injuries whether mental or physical, known or unknown, and by participating, you agree to undertake all risks whether known or unknown.
You willingly acknowledge that traveling to remote locations, foreign grounds, mountainous, wilderness, wild rivers, remote deserts, and other harsh environments may not be kept to the standards you are accustomed to and, therefore, may involve certain additional hazards and inconveniences, including, but not limited to, local laws, terrorism, forces of nature, wild animals, unknown insects, lodging, airplane, vehicles, trains, boats, roads, walkways, trails, and other means of transportation or other unknown dangers.
You accept that medical help and medical facilities may not be promptly accessible during all or part of the excursion, including medical care, physicians, and necessary medications.
We accept no liability for medical care on the ground, in water, or air. We are not responsible for any dietary necessities you have.
You must be at least 21 years old to participate in our workshops. Signing up denotes your complete acceptance and understanding that you liberate and hold harmless Vitor Lindo Photo and Video, LLC, its associates, members, officers, agents, sponsors, contractors, and sub-contractors from all liability, claims, demands, debts, payments, actions, and causes of actions, of all kind regardless, known or unknown that may surface regarding your participation in any programs, workshops, activities, tours, and travels, organized and serviced by them measureless, all liability, claims, demands, debts, payments, actions, and causes of actions affiliated to the carelessness of persons described above.
You also agree that you understand that travel excursions universally require a middle ground to harbor the various wishes, travel expectations, diversified personalities, and physical capabilities of class participants.
You also recognize that while our travel plans are meticulously thought out, they are an example and a mere scheduled guideline for our activities, programs, events, workshops, or involvement.
While traveling as a class, students, photographers, and all partakers must be adaptable, leaving room for necessary last-minute schedule and activities modifications and trusting the professional guides and instructors.
Sometimes, situations beyond our control arise due to changes in laws, terrain, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances that force changes in scheduling, locale, and activities. Acknowledging this, you accept that there will be no deductions or restitutions for interrupted or reduced schedules and activities affected by said occurrences and situations.
You are accountable for selecting an activity suitable to your physical capability. You are also responsible for being in sound health to handle your chosen activity accordingly. By agreeing with our terms of service and paying your deposit, you attest that you do not consciously have any disability, impairment, or other physical or mental considerations that would endanger your life or the life of others around you.
Also, you permit Vitor Lindo Photo and Video, LLC and its instructors and excursion leaders to initiate and provide medical care in case of a medical emergency.
In case of your health. If, after a doctor's evaluation, the group's instructor establishes that your health will impact the rest of the class's activities, you will be removed from the workshop at your own expense, and no reimbursement will be made to you.
ou are in charge of reading and understanding all adventure photography workshops and tours' details and guidance and bringing your photography equipment, personal belongings, and proper clothing. You are also responsible for conforming to high standards of dress and personal cleanliness and behaving in an educated and considerate way with other students, local people, and anyone you interact with during the workshop.
If you choose double occupancy lodging and we cannot match you with a roommate, we may charge you the single supplement charge for that workshop, which is listed on the workshop information page.
We have the right to cancel any activity and welcome or refuse any student's participation. The instructor and leader of the workshop, tour, or adventure will determine the person's capability to partake in or continue to partake in any activity or class.
You are solely responsible for using your equipment and its use for the safety of your personal belongings and what may happen to you or your property during the photography trip, workshop, expedition, or adventure.

You consent to have any discourse, quarreling, or demands associated with the execution or clarification of this instrument, emerging or associated with your enrollment, partaking, or presence at a Vitor Lindo Photo and Video, LLC Workshops sent to irrevocable arbitration under the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Pembroke, Georgia. You herewith renounce your right to prosecute before a judge or jury in any court and agree that you have given up your rights to discovery and plea. Any grant extended in any arbitration may be made a judgment by any court of competent jurisdiction. You understand that if you decline to send to arbitration after consenting to this provision, you may be obliged to arbitrate under the authority of the Georgia Code of Civil Procedure.
Arbitration
We charge $200 for all cancellations not transferred to another of our workshops.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel the workshop.
120 days or more: you can transfer your deposit to another of our workshops with no fees.
90 to 120 days: refund of 50% minus the deposit.
90 days or less: we won't be able to refund you.
At any point and moment, if you wish to find someone to take your place, you must make all adequate financial arrangements with said person and notify us asap for the transfer.

Cancelation Policy
We reserve the right to photograph and make videos during any of our workshops or part thereof. By booking a reservation with Vitor Lindo Creative Works, partakers agree to allow their images to be used and the resulting photography in whole or in part for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising and publicity both in print and electronic media.; partakers who want to avoid their image being used should inform us via email at least ten days before the commencement of their photography adventure workshop. We also reserve the right to use, in all or part, written reviews and behind-the-scenes photos you may provide us in our advertising and publicity, both in print and electronic media.
Use of Name and Similarity
We always aim to follow our original itinerary, but sometimes, unpredictable circumstances (political, climatic, environmental, cultural, or wildlife migrations) may hinder our plans, and we need to make changes. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust and adapt any itinerary at any time. We will do everything we can to inform the partakers of any changes as soon as we know them.
You acknowledge that we depend on third-party guides, organizers, transportation suppliers, hotel personnel, and food providers to offer all services related to the Photography Workshops..
All services and reservations are subject to the third-party provider's terms, conditions, and policies.We do not undertake responsibility for unforeseen situations that may arise, including, without limitation, booking mistakes, any relayed baggage issues, flight delays, cancellations, and service errors.
You should have a flexible schedule in case changes are necessary. You will not qualify for a refund in case of unpredictable happenings force us to make schedule changes.
You further accept to hold us harmless from and against any liability for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that might occur concerning all services provided by any third parties we use.
