Trip Checklist
Information
We want you to have a unique and unforgettable experience with us! Below you'll find a checklist to help you organize your photography adventure. We are here to help if you have any questions.
You should have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any cancellations initiated by you. In addition, it should cover all expenses such as medical, air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and repatriation costs.
The workshops will only occur with a minimum of four photographers. If, for any reason beyond our control, the workshop cannot happen on the pre-determined dates, you won't lose your spot or the payments you've made. We'll postpone the workshops and determine another date.
Our Photography Adventure Workshops are an adventure; therefore, we often travel to remote areas where medical assistance might be far away. In addition, different countries have peculiar hygiene, quality of accommodations, and various safety standards than the ones you might be accustomed to. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and delays and discomfort come about. We do everything we can to ensure your security and welfare, with the understanding that when you sign-up for a landscape photography tour, it means that you embrace the hazards accompanying this type of adventure.
Vitor Lindo Creative Works can't be held responsible for the repercussions of delays, your own extra personal expenses, adjustments, and modifications provoked by changes in local laws, strikes, or acts of God.
If you need assistance planning your gear for the workshop, Vitor can assist you. He will suggest the proper gear needed. Below is a complete gear list for Vitor. This gear is brought as needed to every workshop. We recommend you pack as lightly as you can, bringing only the gear you know you will use. The essential items are 2 camera bodies, 2-3 lenses, a good tripod, a headlamp, good shoes, extra layers, ND filters, an intervalometer, a rain cover, a laptop, and a soft camera backpack.
consider these incredible workshops in your future plans
